Job Purpose

To undertake high-quality research in Global Security and Political Communication (perhaps with a special interest in the internet and/or terrorism), actively contribute appropriate courses in the School of Social and Political Sciences at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and to undertake administration as required by the Head of School.


Essential Knowledge/Qualifications

A1 Good first degree and PhD (or within 6 months of completion) or equivalent research profile in subject related area.

A2 Up to date knowledge of research within subject related area.

A3 Developing track record of published research and/or development and delivery of teaching.

A4 Developing international research profile.
