More Travel Funding Details

We have received numerous emails re. the available travel funding, esp. who is eligible to apply for same and related.

The following is where things stand right now:

- Travel funding is limited and intended for support of full-time graduate students
- Not all applicants for funding will receive an award
- The value of the awards will depend on the number and quality of applications received and individual financial need
- Travel funding may only be claimed for public transportation and accommodation
- Non-graduate students, who are also unwaged, may apply for funding and if there is a surplus their applications will then be considered
- Travel award funding will not be available in advance of the conference
- Original receipts (to the value of the travel award) along with full-time student ID and a passport must be produced for the collection of travel awards during the conference
